Support the day team from handover through morning medication rounds.

This is a permanent role. The times above are your first shift; after that you join St. Brigid General’s regular rota and payroll at the same rate, with SSNIT contributions and PAYE handled as Ghanaian law requires.

Who can work this shift

• Instant booking

  Claim a spot and you’re booked straight away, as long as you meet the requirements below. New workers can apply straight away, but can only be booked 7 working days after registering with Allhours.

• Requirements

  Healthcare assistant certificateverified“Verified” documents are checked by the Allhours review team or a partner such as BOSAG before you can claim. Everything else you confirm yourself, and the employer sees what you confirmed.

How this shift keeps its promises

• GH₵28 for every hour

  One standard rate for the whole shift. No hidden tiers or deductions on the listing.

• Paid monthly by Bank transfer

  Paid with the monthly payroll on the last working day of the month. For this shift that means pay day is Mon, Nov 30, once St. Brigid General marks the shift as worked.

• Booked means booked

  The employer is counting on you once you’re booked. Dropping this shift at any notice, or not turning up, is a strike. 3 strikes in 30 days pause claiming for 7 days. Withdrawing an application before you’re approved is free.
