This is a permanent role. The times above are your first shift; after that you join Ridge Tech Services’s regular rota and payroll at the same rate, with SSNIT contributions and PAYE handled as Ghanaian law requires.

Who can work this shift

• Instant booking

  Claim a spot and you’re booked straight away, as long as you meet the requirements below. New workers can apply straight away, but can only be booked 7 working days after registering with Allhours.

• Requirements

  IT support certificateverifiedSigned confidentiality agreementverified“Verified” documents are checked by the Allhours review team or a partner such as BOSAG before you can claim. Everything else you confirm yourself, and the employer sees what you confirmed.

How this shift keeps its promises

• GH₵32 for every hour

  8h of this shift fall between 22:00 and 06:00. They’re paid at the same standard rate as the rest of the shift, and the employer has listed how they keep you safe.

• Paid monthly by Mobile Money

  Paid with the monthly payroll on the last working day of the month. For this shift that means pay day is Mon, Nov 30, once Ridge Tech Services marks the shift as worked.

• Booked means booked

  The employer is counting on you once you’re booked. Dropping this shift at any notice, or not turning up, is a strike. 3 strikes in 30 days pause claiming for 7 days. Withdrawing an application before you’re approved is free.
