The questions we get asked on the first phone call

If yours is not here, call the office and ask. We would rather answer it now than have you find out later.

  • Our office is on Spintex Road in Accra. Clients on Spintex, Tema, Baatsona, East Legon and the Airport area get same-day on-site attendance as standard; we cover the rest of Greater Accra daily and travel to other regions for project work.

  • No. The initial site visit, audit and written quote are free. We would rather look at your setup properly than guess a price over the phone.

  • Most of our retained clients run between 5 and 150 staff. We also do one-off project work — a network install, a website, an office fit-out — for smaller teams with no ongoing contract.

  • Wherever it is safe to. The audit tells you which machines are worth keeping, which need memory or an SSD, and which are past economical repair. We do not recommend replacements you do not need.

  • Phone, WhatsApp or email to the same team every time. Retained clients get a named engineer, and anything urgent that cannot be fixed remotely triggers an on-site visit within two hours.

  • Yes. UPS sizing, AVR protection and safe shutdown configuration are part of every install we do, because in Ghana an IT plan that ignores power is not a plan.

  • Always. We supply through authorised channels, record serial numbers on your asset register, and hand you warranty documentation you can actually claim against.

  • Projects are 60% on signing and 40% on handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer and mobile money, and every payment gets a VAT invoice.

Still unsure what you need?

Call 024 670 3053 and describe the problem in plain words. An engineer will tell you whether it is a ten-minute fix or a project — and will say so if it is the former.

Next step

Book the free site visit.
Then decide whether we are worth it.

An engineer comes to your premises, looks at what you have and writes you a fixed quote. No charge for the visit and no pressure afterwards — most of our clients started exactly this way.
