Projects, and the numbers that changed because of them

Three jobs described in full: what was broken, what we did about it, and what the client measured afterwards. Names used with permission.

Two branches on one network, and a dashboard the directors actually read

Logistics · Tema

Ashcrown Freight

Two branches on one network, and a dashboard the directors actually read

The problem

Clearing documents lived on three unsynced laptops. A machine failure in 2023 cost the firm two days of filing.

What we did

  • Cat6 cabling and rack build across both Tema branches
  • Site-to-site VPN and shared file server with nightly off-site backup
  • Custom job-tracking dashboard replacing four spreadsheets

Adwoa Naturals

From WhatsApp order chaos to a storefront that reconciles itself

The problem

Orders arrived across three phones. Stock counts were wrong most weeks and MoMo payments were reconciled by hand every night.

What we did

  • E-commerce build with MoMo, card and cash-on-delivery checkout
  • Stock sync with delivery zones priced for Accra and regions
  • Meta and Google campaigns tied to landing pages we built

A clinic fit-out finished the weekend before opening

Healthcare · Spintex

Lakeside Medical Centre

A clinic fit-out finished the weekend before opening

The problem

A new eight-consulting-room clinic had six weeks to go from bare shell to a working front desk, with patient data rules to satisfy.

What we did

  • Full office IT setup: cabling, Wi-Fi, workstations, printers
  • Access control on records rooms and CCTV across public areas
  • Encrypted backups, role-based permissions and staff training

What they said afterwards

  • Our network went down on a Saturday during stocktake. Someone from Getitgh was in the shop within the hour and we finished the count that night. That is the whole reason we still pay them.
Nana Yaa MensimahOperations Manager, Adwoa Naturals
  • They quoted one figure and invoiced that figure. After eleven years of IT vendors in Accra I had stopped expecting it.
    Kwabena Ofori-AttaFinance Director, Ashcrown Freight
  • The handover file had every port labelled and every password in a vault our practice manager could use. Our previous installer left us a photo of a cabinet.

Then decide whether we are worth it.

An engineer comes to your premises, looks at what you have and writes you a fixed quote. No charge for the visit and no pressure afterwards — most of our clients started exactly this way.
