- 02Written scope and fixed quoteYou get a document that lists deliverables, timeline, assumptions and one price. If something is excluded, it says so plainly.
- 03Build, install, migrateWork happens on an agreed schedule, out of hours where it would interrupt trading. You get a progress note at the end of each day on site.
- 04Handover and aftercareDocumentation, labelled equipment, a training session for your staff, and a support window included before any retainer starts.
